INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
STANDARD BODY CONSTRUCTION -- Steel cage construction with 3/4" x 3/4" 16-gauge steel & 3/4" x 1-1/2" 14-gauge box steel in floor & roof; 3-1/2" x 1-1/2" steel floor cross members; 3/4" polyurethane foam insulation (R-6.12) Gel coated to 1/4" FRP exterior with 1/4" FRP interior reinforced with steel perimeter & transverse supports completely fiberglassed to adjoining body parts to form a single unitized body. INSULATION -- High density polyurethane foam ceiling, floor and sidewalls. Wood core insulated roof and 3/4" marine tech plywood floor with aluminum belly pan. WALLS & CEILING -- Molded fiberglass headliner, sidewalls, rear wall and rear side of barrier wall. FLOOR -- Gray RCA TR 766 1/4" thick smooth rubber flooring throughout complete rear of the vehicle including the booth area; Cab area has rubber flooring for ease of cleaning. ENTRANCE/EXIT DOOR -- Heavy duty ambulance quality rear door assembly with upper tinted fixed window lock and hold-back device; two 12-volt lights on exterior of either side of entrance door and wired to a separate switch; heavy duty steps (two 12" deep). ELECTRICAL SYSTEM -- 12-volt interior courtesy lights on separate switch; (4) 48" dual tube 110-volt interior lights on separate switch; (5) quad wall plugs 14" from floor; (3) duplex wall plugs 14" off floor; power converter and circuit breaker box; 5 foot land-line. This is subject to change based on user's needs. AIR CONDITIONING -- Roof-mounted air conditioning. HEATING -- 30,000 BTU propane Suburban furnace with 30-lb. propane gas tank mounted under van. CAB AREA -- Automotive styled dash and cab area; two leather high back recliner captain's chairs; air; cruise; tilt; power windows & locks; AM/FM cassette; auto overdrive transmission.
